Fan Zone Express Events

At Fan Zone Expresss, we handle all the travel details so your group can relax with the knowledge that transport (and hotel accommodation if required) is sorted so everyone can enjoy the event from your front door, no worries about parking or drink driving. We also offer 24/7 support and assistance so our clients can have peace of mind knowing that we're always here to help. We can provide pofessionally designed posters or flyers at trade prices for you to promote your idea for a fun day out with all costs and prices published. All you have to do is organise everyone in your group to book their own tickets for for the event ensuring times and dates are correct and have proof they have possession of the tickets and Fan Zone Express will arrange coaches and allocate seats accordingly so families and friends sit together. Everything must be organised and complete and monies paid eight whole weeks before the event takes place. Sadly we will not be able to add additional group members seats after this deadline, nor can we refund coach seat costs should anyone booked on the coach cancel or fail to be on board when the coach departs. Departure time is strict as we need to arrive one hour before the event starts in plenty of time for everyone to disembark and make their way into the event to enjoy the build up.

One hour after the event has finished OR a time announced clearly and directly by the coach driver the coach will depart the event for the return journey back to your original pick up point.
